Change Failure Rate
The percentage of deployments that cause a failure in production.
Change Failure Rate is one of the four DORA metrics and measures the percentage of deployments that result in a degraded service or require a hotfix, rollback, or patch. Elite teams have a change failure rate of 0–5%. A high change failure rate suggests problems with testing, code review processes, or deployment automation.
